Its a sweet made from white pumpkin or ash gourd and is infused with different flavors.This delicious sweet is found in many different varieties, shapes as well as colors. The two popular varieties of Petha are - the dry Petha & hard Petha. The Petha is available in many variants like plain (white), Kesar (saffron), Angoori Petha and Paan Petha. Dalmoth: Dalmoth is a mixture of nuts, spices, dry fruits, lentils and oil. It is a traditional Namkeen crispy, spicy, and a little bit greasy. The best Dalmoth can be found in Panchhi Petha store & Bhimsain Baij Nath at Hari Parvat. This tastes best with a cup of tea & coffee when you wish to munch something crunchy. 

Morning best Breakfast in Agra Bedhai & Jalebi: Bedhai is a typical breakfast, usually served at every street stalls & shops in Agra. This is a sweet and spicy combination which consists of two parts: spicy bedhai and sweet Jalebi. Bedai is a fried, puffy bread, which resembles Kachori and is served with a bowl of spicy sabzi dotted with hunks of potato and a dollop of curd/chutney. The jalebi is a luscious dessert which is made out of fermented batter which is fried and then soaked in hot sugary syrup. This is a balanced breakfast and can be found in every corner of the city. After finish travel to Agra we move to Jaipur Via Fatehpur Sikri. After sightseeing of Agra peoples  feels like tired & energy less also you need to travel next destination which is 250 km / 05 hours drive to reach Jaipur. Once you exit Agra after 15 km from Agra towards Jaipur Highway you notice a town named "Midhakur" This town between Agra & Fatehpur Sikri at  National Highway No - 11. Here you can take a stop and take a energy drink which is very popular in that area. The town name Midhakur having a shop which provides you Sweet Lassi & Masala Tea. Lets know the specialty of that shop and drink. 

Important Note: I was born in Midhakur. This place is my hometown & my family run this shop. This shop is 80 years old and very popular on that highway so you can take a stop here & make your travel energetic

Famous shop in Midhakur town "Shri Kanhaiya" which is famous for Sweet Lassi & Masal Tea. If you are travelling during summer time from March to September then here you will find Sweet Lassi. Know the method of Sweet Lassi. 

Sweet Lassi: Basically its a yogurt-based drink originating from north west. it is usually served after heavy meal or perhaps during hot summer to lower the body heat. basically a traditional chilled beverage drink which is prepared from thick curd. in other words, a yogurt based smoothie with assortment of flavorings from cardamom and saffron. most commonly, it is also topped with ‘malai’ to make it creamy and thick.

Masala Tea: Its favorite drink of this shop, while you are travelling during winter from October - March month then take a stop "Shri Kanhaiya" shop in Midhakur where you can heat your body b special Masala Tea.

Jaipur - Famous for Kachori | Lal Mass | Rajasthani cuisine Daal Bati Churma & Dessert Rabari
Jaipur. it’s capital of Rajasthan. Jaipur is teeming with traditional life, from sparkling palaces to bustling bazaars, and the Amber Fort and the Palace are absolute must-visits. I’d recommend visiting the Amber Fort in the morning before it gets too busy and hot. Built in 1592, it’s a spectacular sight – venture along walkways once roamed by concubines towards the courtyard at the summit for incredible views of the lake below. There’s also Jantar Mantar, Jaipur’s observatory and a World Heritage Site that’s devoted to the sundials invented by Maharaja Jai Singh II in the 18th century. However, as well as architectural structure, Jaipur is also known for artisan crafts and textiles – and a late afternoon/early evening walking tour is just the thing to spot artisans at work. 
it’s also a great chance to haggle for souvenirs and pick up a bargain. With appetites suitably worked up, you’re in for a treat here. Must-eats in Jaipur include rabri, a creamy dessert dish made by boiling milk for a really long time so it gets super thick before adding sugar and nuts – it’s a legacy of Jaipur cuisine! Also try kachori, a delicious snack of flaky fried dumpling that’s stuffed with a flavourful dhal mixture that gives a taste explosion once you bite into it. The super brave can also try laal maas – an incredibly fiery lamb curry and the ultimate flagship dish of the Rajasthani cuisine, Daal Bati Churma.

Jodhpur: Traditional Thali Food
The Blue City of Jodhpur, its brightest and most colourful. Visit Mehrangarh Fort is absolutely magnificent, built in the 15th century, it towers over Jodphur and offers unbeatable views across the bright blue city below. Sunrise Paratha House: A famous & tasty Paratha stall in Jaisalmer, which is run by a family named "Sunrise Paratha House" flavour their fillings with a creative and wonderfully flavourful selection of spices before stuffing them in flatbreads which are fried up in oil and served with a range of delicious chutneys. Lot of rush at this stall & full of Paratha aroma. You just try the Partaha.

Sweets: Ghotua Ladoo of Dhanraj Ranmal Bhatia: Very popular shop for sweet ghotua, a super-sweet that’s made with gram flour and condensed milk and flavoured with saffron or cardamon – heavenly is a suitable word to describe it.

1. Pappu Tea Stall (Near Assi Ghat): You will shocked when you hear liquor tea, a typical Varanasi style Tea, local folks like a lot. He also served lemon tea, black tea, masala tea and many more.  

2. Pahalwan Lassi Bhandar: Lassi known in other word (Yogurt Shake) There are many shops in Varanasi but there are few shops are very popular for Lassi like Pahalwan Lassi, Blue Lassi & Bana Lassi. They served different flavored of Lassi like fruit, rose, kesar, mango any many more varieties. 

3. Kashi Chhat Bhandar: Best in Varanasi for Chaat. He served varieties of Chaat like Tomato Chaat, Spinach Chaat, Potato Chaat, Fruit Chaat & also serves Kulfi Faluda a type of ice-cream. Lot of crowed you can see here. 

4. Kachori & Samosa Lane (Near Dashashwamedh Ghat): Entire lane is popular for Kachori & Samosa all the shops are popular & the taste is almost same of every shop food. If you are crazy for spice food, this might be your favorite tasting. Kachori & Samosa both filled with spiced peas of potato and pulses. Very cheap price & tasty snack only INR 10 a plate of Kachori / Samosa. 

5. Deena Chaat Bhandar (Located in Gol Ganj):  Also popular for Indian snacks like Gol Gappe, papadi Chaat, Aloo Tikki and different variety chaat available here. 

6. Baba Thandai (Godowlia Road): Varanasi local people is very fond of Thandai. Baba Thandai is popular name in Varanasi. He offered a glass of Thandai approx INR 50. Thandai is an Indian drink prepared with a mixture of rose petals, almonds, fennel seeds, watermelon kernels, saffron, sugar & milk. This drink native to India and is often associated with the festival Maha Shivratri & Holi. 

7. Rajendra Chaurasia Paan (Located near Chowk Thana Godowlia Road): Known for best Paan in Varanasi. Paan is a Hindi for betel leaves laced with areca nut and pickling lime. Varanasi has unknown tradition of Paan being served and prepared in each and every corner of street. There is no street in Varanasi where you could not find Paan. These Paan serving and offering have great traditions from ancient times.
